By accessing or using Kairo ("the Service") at kairoos.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kairo is a personal productivity platform that integrates tasks, meetings, emails, and calendar events. It connects with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Calendar), Microsoft (Outlook, Teams), Zoom, Slack, and WhatsApp to provide a unified workflow experience.
3. Account Registration
You register using your phone number via OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Kairo connects to third-party services (Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Slack, WhatsApp) via OAuth. By connecting these services, you authorise Kairo to access data from those services on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You may disconnect any integration at any time from the Integrations page.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within Kairo is the intellectual property of Fulgid Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. Kairo is a product of Fulgid Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of data or productivity arising from use of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
